Terms and Conditions

Indemnity/Hold Harmless
Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the equipment rented, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage. Customer agrees to hold harmless Sierra Canopy Rentals from and against any and all liability claims, judgments, attorney’s fees and costs, of every kind and nature.

Assumption of Risk/Release-Discharge of Liability
Customer is fully aware and acknowledges there is a risk of injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of the equipment rented hereunder and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this rental agreement and assume all of the above risks of injury or damage. Customer agrees to release and discharge Sierra Canopy Rentals from any and all responsibility or liability from such injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of the equipment. The customer further agrees to waive, release and discharge any and all claims for injury or damage against Sierra Canopy Rentals which customer otherwise may be entitled to assert.

Rates
All rental rates are based on a one-day rental unless otherwise specified. All charges are for time of possession whether the equipment is used or not.

Reservations
To reserve a rental, a deposit of twenty-five percent of total rental charges is required. For cancellations, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to the reserved date in order to receive a refund.
Balance of rental  must be paid in full before  delivery.

Loss or Damage
At no time shall anything such as nails, staples, tacks or any kind of adhesive be attached to the equipment. Responsibility of equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery to the time of pick-up. The renter is responsible for all loss or damage to equipment. Full replacement cost will be billed for all missing or damaged items. Damage and loss include but are not limited to damages, abuse, theft, candle burns, stains, tears, etc.

Subletting
Customer agrees not to sublet, loan or assign the equipment. Customer shall not move the equipment from address at which customer represented it was to be used.

Linen
All rental linen must be shaken out to be food free and loosely folded in/on original packaging. Wet linen should be left out to dry as mildew will destroy the linen making it unrentable and will be billed at full replacement value. Please return all skirt clips or hangers.

Tableware
All dishes, glassware and flatware must be food free, rinsed and returned in its original packaging. An additional cleaning fee will be applied to all dirty items. All damages/shortages will be billed at full replacement value.


*We reserve the right to refuse to set-up or take down a canopy if weather conditions so warrant.
